Individuals participate through equity contribution in a development project where value is added by rezoning land, securing permits and approvals, construction, and sales of the completed product. PRISM Investments will never make cash calls to the investors and will only earn profit after the completion of the project. All of our development properties are brought to the Partnership at cost, which means there are no mark-ups for the investor and they will never be required to pay any additional fees or charges.
